Changzhou Hydraulic has more than 30 years’ experiences in producing all kinds of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic equipment. It has strong technical force and advanced technology skills. At the beginning of 90th, the company introduced the world-class CNC machine tools and CNC processing centers. In addition, the company also imported powerful and advanced honing machine from U.S. Sunnen Company. This machine can produce up to 1250mm bore, 20M stroke hydraulic cylinders and production capacity of 50, 000 tons. Changzhou Hydraulic has already successfully provided high quality equipment for over 500 large, and medium-sized hydropower stations and reservoirs projects, such as: the Three Gorges Dam, the Yellow River's Laxiwa hydropower station, Xi Luo Du project, South-to-North Water Diversion project, Luding hydropower station, Jinghang Grand Canal project.

Changzhou Hydraulic established computer and internet control center which can control and manage the whole production process. The company also has a professional R&D team which provides new products design and develop ability. Several products have “the patent of utility model certificate”. Changzhou Hydraulic has obtained GB/T19001-2000 IDT the ISO9001:2000S quality certificate. The company also achieved AAA level credit certificate from International Credit Appraisal Center. Changzhou Hydraulic is a well-known company and has very good reputation in the market. It has strong competitive advantage in both domestic and international market. Products of Changzhou Hydraulic mainly are used in the hydropower stations and the sluice projects. Simultaneously, for metallurgy, military industry, ships, the maritime affair, the oil field and so on. For instance, we provided 8 types and total 58 sets of cylinders for the Chinese first independent designed and produced 13500m3 suction dredger. Changzhou Hydraulic is the first producer for this kind of cylinders. Before this, these entire cylinders used for the suction dredgers were imported from overseas. Start from 2005, the company had already supplied complete sets of cylinders for 6 different types of suction dredgers (13500m3, 13000m3, 16888m3, 15000m3, 5000m3, and 9500m3) in the domestic market.

In 2009, Changzhou Hydraulic supplied hydraulic control systems and electrical systems for China Energy Development Corporation.　These systems successfully completed a total weight of up to 5, 500 tons of CNOOC’s oil platform. All these systems were used to be imported from overseas and Changzhou Hydraulic broke this importation history. Therefore, the company helped the Chinese ocean platforms to achieve a milestone of independent research and development, and domestic procurement of target.

After years of production and service process, the company has a consummate quality management system and advanced testing methods and tools, accumulated abundant design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and operation and maintenance experiences. Therefore, in 2009, Changzhou Hydraulic successfully provided high pressure hydraulic cylinders of 1, 500 tons for the nuclear power plants.
