With a team of quality control professionals, supported by the latest quality control instruments, the standard of product quality is second to none. Key elements that ensure our high standard of product quality include high quality materials and production, combined with rigorous and thorough quality control testing on all products. Procedures/testing Details
Our QC procdures include:
Incoming quality control (IQC)
In-process quality control (IPQC)
Final quality control (FQC)
Quality assurance (QA)
Our professional QC engineers set up QC specifications for each item for manager's approval. Before production, QC engineers check all the testing instruments, and IQC engineers check all the parts according to AQL STD. During the production process, PQC engineers check the injected parts every hour and IPQC engineers check the products in process. Finally, FQC engineers check the finished products randomly before shipment.
