HiLiQi warrants to the original purchaser that each Turbo sold by HiLiQi shall be free, under normal use, from any defects in material and workmanship subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Terms: This warranty shall cover 3 months. This warranty begins upon the original product’s installation date.
2. Limitations: This warranty applies only to the original turbo. This warranty shall not apply to or include any of the following:
(A) Repair or replacement required as a result of any accident or misuse.
(B) Repair or replacement of any Turbo accessory or service item, specifically without limitations, all components of the cooling, fuel, electrical, engine control system, and all points, plugs, oil filters and belts.
(C) Any Turbo used for competition racing or related purposes.
(D) Any HiLiQi Turbo which has been repaired or remodeled by any person other than an authorized dealer, or to which any device or accessory not conforming to original   manufacturer’s specifications has been installed.
(E) Warranty does not apply to any Turbo damage as a result of over-heating or lack of lubrication.
3. Additional Limitations and Customer Obligations:
(A) Important! Oil & filter must be changed at the time the Turbo is installed.
(B) Warning! Always replace the oil supply line.Failure to perform this operation voids warranty.
4. Limited Liability: The liability of HiLiQi under this warranty is limited. HiLiQi shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any service not expressly provided for herein, relating to or arising from the HiLiQi Turbo. Warranty is non-transferable.
5. Limited Warranty: No dealer, nor any agent or employee thereof, is authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty.
